I don't have a whole lot of anything to say over here and thought it might be a good time to let some blog farts loose...
Over the last few weeks, all 3 kids have been sick at one point or another. Oddly...they've all had different things that don't necessarily seem related. Adam had an ear infection. Sarah ran a fever for a few days (Dr. suspects it was the flu) and then Jacob had Croup. At this moment in time...everyone is healthy - here's hoping it lasts!

Work has been incredibly busy...end of the month billing, progress reports, meetings, parent/teacher conferences, craft fair, behaviors, and more. With all that and my own kids being sick, last week was pretty overwhelming. Thankfully this week has gotten off to a much better start although its still busy. I'm definitely looking forward to Thanksgiving week and a few days off!

I've been doing a "Biggest Loser" type competition with some friends/co-workers. My initial goal was 10 lbs and my long term goal was 20 lbs. The competition has been going for 8 weeks I think and I've lost a total of 13 lbs. Our final weigh in is the week before Christmas...here's hoping I can get closer to my goal!

I've been going to Physical Therapy to help with my right leg for about 8 weeks now. At my last check up with the Dr, things were slightly improved and the Dr. wanted me to give it another month and see how it was after that. I go back to the Dr. again next week and while it has now greatly improved, its still there. I'm curious what the Dr and PT will say about it. I'm pleased with the progress but wondering if they'll look into it any further since the pain is still there at times. I'll be a bit sad when the PT is over - I'm certain it has been a huge help in my weight loss. I just might have to consider joining the gym when I have to stop going to PT.

I keep looking at the calendar and cannot believe that Adam will be 10 months this week and that Jacob and Sarah will be 3 in two weeks. They are so excited about their upcoming birthday and Christmas, which is obviously close behind. They are telling us what they want for Christmas and the big debate is on whether either will be willing to sit on Santa's lap this year. Jacob's wish is for trains (big surprise there!) and Sarah said she wants a baby doll and a princess. As of today, she said she "loves Jasmine" even though she's only seen about 10 minutes of Aladdin.
Here's hoping for an uneventful rest of the week!

Ok, seriously, I know you need to be able to relax and just enjoy your family a bit and it has to be taking it's toll :(
